If you are not satisfied with the software after payment, you may request a refund within 3 days of your initial payment. After this window, no refunds will be issued for the current billing month.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@urqistpro.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your registered phone number and the reason for the refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, after which no further charges will be applied.
