All subscription payments for UR QistPro are processed in advance based on the selected package or billing cycle. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and features included in your selected plan.
Due to the digital nature of SaaS (Software as a Service), subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the account has been activated or the billing period has commenced.
Refund requests related to accidental duplicate payments, technical billing errors, or service access issues may be reviewed within 24 hours of payment. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verification. Refund decisions made by UR QistPro after review shall be considered final.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation, the account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial or unused-period refunds will be provided for early cancellations.
Trial account data is permanently deleted 30 days after expiry. Expired regular accounts may be removed after 180 days of inactivity. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important business records prior to account termination.
