By accessing or using UR QistPro, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
UR QistPro may only be used for lawful business activities. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or harmful activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.
UR QistPro is a subscription-based software service. All subscription fees must be paid in full on or before the due date as specified in your billing cycle. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe grants UR QistPro the absolute right to suspend, block, or restrict access to your account and data without prior notice.
Accounts remaining unpaid beyond the grace period may be deactivated. UR QistPro shall not be held liable for any financial losses, business interruptions, or data unavailability resulting from such suspension due to non-payment. Service will only be restored once all outstanding dues are cleared.
We may update these terms occasionally to improve our services and maintain legal compliance. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Trial account data is automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days of trial expiry. After this period, UR QistPro will not be responsible for recovering or restoring deleted trial data.
For regular subscribed users, expired or inactive accounts may be permanently removed after 180 days of inactivity. This policy helps maintain system performance, storage optimization, and platform security.
UR QistPro provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we continuously work to maintain a secure, stable, and reliable platform, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free from technical issues, delays, or downtime.
Users are responsible for maintaining proper records and backups of their important business data. UR QistPro shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, profit loss, customer loss, or business interruption resulting from system downtime, technical failures, internet issues, unauthorized third-party access, user negligence, third-party service interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
