By accessing or using UR QistPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
UR QistPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your business operations (Installment/Real Estate management) as long as your subscription is active. You do not own the source code.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, including fraudulent financial tracking.
The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis (e.g., Rs. 1,500/month). Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in the suspension of your account and loss of access to data.
In no event shall UR QistPro or Usama Creation be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan.
